Lee Blansett

About Lee

Lee Blansett has been an active participant in the U.S. healthcare system for more than twenty years.  His research into health system organizations and market access topics includes extensive on-the-ground studies in the U.S. and EU.  This face to face research enables him to advise his pharma clients on pricing, provider strategies, and market access positioning.

Lee’s previous work includes internal consulting roles with Kaiser-Permanente and Stanford Children’s Hospital.  His work on behalf of manufacturers includes serving as a partner and Senior Vice President at DaVinci Oncology/Kantar and as a Senior Principal with the IMS Consulting Group’s Market Access Practice. These latter roles included pricing studies for oncology, respiratory, and cardiovascular products.  His experience also includes pricing and market access work in the U.S. and EU with “ultra-orphan” products used to treat lysosomal storage disorders.

His academic training includes an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University where he was a National Merit Scholar.

Lee has founded Proximity Health, LLC, to focus on the evolution of integrated delivery networks in the U.S.

Steve Clark

About Steve

Steve Clark leads Proximity’s Business Development & Client Services activities.  In this role, Steve is responsible for all sales, marketing, client support and corporate contracting efforts for Proximity’s syndicated research franchise.  He has a combined 35 years of experience in various oncology-related sales, marketing and business development roles both within the biopharmaceutical industry and as a consultant to the industry.

During his 22 years working for both big pharma & smaller biotechnology companies, Steve held several mid-higher level management positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sanofi, Sequus and Alza Pharmaceuticals.  As an industry consultant, he worked with Lee for a number of years before Kantar Health absorbed DaVinci Oncology, and subsequently helped other DaVinci managing partners build Epiphany Partners’ syndicated epidemiology & treatment landscape business.

Steve has also provided 17 years of cancer patient support & counseling service to families within his local church congregation.  He recently completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education through a chaplaincy internship program at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE.

Steve is based in the greater Philadelphia area which allows him to offer “real-time” customer service to our many client companies based on the East Coast and in the Midwest.

Cindy Chen

About Cindy

Cindy Chen is an experienced professional in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors of the life sciences industry.

Cindy has worked with various global life sciences companies while at Strategic Decisions Group, IMS Consulting Group and as an independent consultant. She has helped pharmaceutical companies evaluate development strategies for pipeline candidates, supported long term strategic planning and optimized portfolios of development and in-market franchises. While at IMS Consulting Group, Cindy also led recruitment and training efforts for new and experienced consultants.

Cindy holds a MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Haas School at UC Berkeley and is a trained Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Tanseco

About Jason

Jason Tanseco is a Senior Consultant at Proximity Health with over 7 years of
experience working in the healthcare industry.

Prior to Proximity, Jason worked as a Project Manager at Proteus, a digital
health startup, where he led efforts to redesign the delivery of products and
services to health system customers. Additionally, Jason spent several years
working as part of Kaiser Permanente’s Program Management Office (PMO)
and as a consultant at IMS Consulting Group, where he led projects related to market access, pricing, and due diligence for various pharmaceutical clients.

Jason holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School as well as a bachelor’s
degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego where he
graduated Magna Cum Laude.


Daniel Levis

About Daniel

Daniel Levis has experience in early and middle stage oncology drug development. He provides operational support on various projects as well as contributes to primary and secondary research initiatives. Daniel graduated from Cal Poly University with a degree in biochemistry before working as a junior researcher in the Tuscano Lab at the UC Davis Medical Center. He also worked as a clinical trial associate at Dynavax Technologies, supporting the DV281 Lung Cancer Study, before joining Proximity Health.


Corinne Cusumano

About Corinne

Corinne Cusumano, PhD, has more than 5 years of pharmaceutical consulting experience and 3 years of pharmaceutical patent prosecution experience. Corinne has significant experience in oncology, women’s health, neurology, immunology, rare diseases, and infectious diseases with consulting projects involving in-depth market research and the development of field-facing presentations, as well as the drafting and prosecuting of patent applications for novel agents, diagnostics and treatments across multiple therapeutic areas. With a Ph.D. in microbiology, Dr. Cusumano leverages her critical thinking skills with her consulting and IP experience to understand the various aspects of business development in the pharmaceutical industry.


Robert Ramsey

Bob is presently Managing Director of Ramsey Pharma Consulting. Prior to this position Dr. Ramsey was Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Kantar Health. Dr. Ramsey’s career spans over 30 years in academia, product management, marketing, business development, and strategic planning. Dr. Ramsey has completed numerous projects for major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in all therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, CNS, anti-infective, and oncology. Dr. Ramsey earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and an M.B.A. in International Business from Saint Louis University, and he has postdoctoral training in Neuroscience at the University of London, England. In addition, Dr. Ramsey serves on the Institutional Review Boards of Washington University Medical Center and St. Louis University Medical Center.

Warren Dodge is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 30 years of success within oncology healthcare services, software, pharmaceutical distribution, and group purchasing. He has a proven record of developing products, sales and marketing strategies, negotiating strategic partnerships, and positioning companies for acquisition to ensure positive returns for shareholders. He leverages extensive industry experience to assist companies develop and execute strategies for accelerating revenue and growth while increasing customer satisfaction. His areas of expertise include process and sales management, marketing, M&A, and business development.

Warren currently serves as Principal with Creekside Healthcare Consultants; his own private consulting practice focused on providing organizations with unique ideas and strategies for accelerating revenue growth. He leverages considerable experience in sales and marketing to assist organizations to exceed their business objectives. Companies Warren helped build include Oncology Therapeutics Network (OTN), National Oncology Alliance (NOA), Oncology Metrics, and Altos Solutions.

In addition to his executive career, Warren is a board member at Buckelew Programs, a non-profit providing mental health services to Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties and a board member of Kimochis, an education company helping educators and families help kids manage difficult feelings and challenging behaviors.
